It never arrived, despite emails informing me of its despatch and a tracking number. According to the tracking it reached Royal Mail's East Midlands Hub after which it moved no further and apparently disappeared into the ether. After 5 days I rang and the customer service agent said it was definitely on its way. Instead I suddenly received an email telling me my refund had been processed with no explanation as to why. I am very disappointed
