            I ordered two items from The White Company—one was returned and took over two weeks to be refunded, and the other, which was intended as a Christmas present, was lost in the post. I was later informed it was out of stock. The delays and poor communication were very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering online again. Very disappointed.

            Lovely large wrap/scarf. Will be toasty on cold days. It’s perhaps not quite as luxurious as I thought it would be for the cost but I’m keeping it anyway.
